1. Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take slightly longer — but we always do our best to ship as quickly as possible.

 

2. Shipping Locations

At the moment, we ship within the continental United States only.

  • Puerto Rico

  • Hawaii

  • Alaska

  • Guam

If you enter any of these restricted locations at checkout, your order may not be processed.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Typical delivery timeframes for the continental U.S.

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 3–5 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or holiday congestion are out of our control.

 

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

 

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your package shows as “Delivered” but you can’t find it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier first.

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

If your package is delayed in transit, please contact the carrier for the fastest assistance.
