1. Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

 

2. Eligible Returns

Items must be:

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

Custom or personalized items may not be refundable unless they arrive damaged.

 

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos.

We will replace it or issue a full refund—no questions asked.

 

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Items returned without authorization

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

  • Packages lost because of incorrect address provided by the customer

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is approved and received, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

 

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
